A sampling capacitance element part 250 consists of a plurality of sampling capacitance elements provided corresponding to a plurality of input terminals in which a plurality of bit signals configuring digital signals are input thereto, respectively. An operational amplification part 12 is connected to the sampling capacitance part 250. A feedback switch part 240 consists of a plurality of complementary MOS transistors connectable between an edge of the sampling capacitance element part 240 and an output terminal of the operational amplification part 12. A summing node switch part 230 is connectable between an other edge of the sampling capacitance element 250 and an input terminal of the operational amplification part 12. Complementary MOS transistors are configured that they have mutually different on-state resistances, respectively.
