PURPOSE: To provide a D/A converter in which a switching noise caused when another D/A converter is selected even in the case of presence of an offset of an analog element or a gain error.
CONSTITUTION: In the case of calibration, a correction device 114 updates offset correction data received by an adder 116 so that a DC component in a result of subtraction of an analog subtractor 118 is converged into zero depending on the polarity of the DC component and updates the gain correction data received by a multiplier 115 so as to allow the data to satisfy required precision depending on a phase relation between an AC component as the result of subtraction of the analog subtractor 118 and digital data from a 1st output terminal of a data division processing unit 111.
