Abstract:
PURPOSE: To change position and inclination of an adsorption board of a conveyance device in compliance with change in a work and its processing so as to provide general puropose availability.
CONSTITUTION: A pair of holding frames 3 are provided to a conveyance device main body 1 possible to move, so as to adjust their interval each other, an appropriate number of adsorption board holders 10 are slidably attached to respective holding frames 3, and adsorption boards 20 for a work are attached to respective adsorption board holders 10.
