Abstract:
To provide a conveyance roller capable of performing stable conveyance even when receiving force in a direction other than a conveyance direction.SOLUTION: A conveyance roller comprises a cylindrical inner cylinder member and a cylindrical outer cylinder member arranged to surround the inner cylinder member, wherein the outer cylinder member has an inner diameter larger than an outer diameter of the inner cylindrical member, the inner cylindrical member has a hole that supplies gas to hold the outer cylindrical member with a gap, the conveyance roller conveys a long resin film, the inner cylindrical member is composed of three or more regions arranged in a direction corresponding to a width direction of the resin film, and the pressure of the gas can be adjusted in the three or more regions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
