Abstract:
To provide a compact conveying device at low cost, which is capable of preventing shortage of compressed air to be fed to an air bearing.
The conveying device 1 comprises conveying bases 2, 3 for loading an object to be conveyed, and an air bearing 10 capable of forming an air film between an opposing floor surface FL and itself by jetting air, and has the air bearing 10 on lower surface sides of the conveying bases 2, 3. An airtight space is constituted by frame members 13, 14 constituting the conveying bases 2, 3, and the airtight space is connected to a piping passage for feeding compressed air from a compressed air source E to the air bearing 10.
