To reduce the number of rotation transfer components in a conveying device rotationally driving a plurality of conveyor rollers arranged in an arch shape collectively by one drive shaft.
The plurality of conveyor rollers 110A-110E are arranged in the arch shape along a conveying direction of a workpiece W. The drive shaft 120 has bending elasticity and is warped into the arch shape within a range of elastic deformation, following the arched arrangement of the plurality of conveyor rollers 110A to 110E. A plurality of first gears 130A-130E are fixed to the drive shaft 120 axially in a line corresponding to the respective conveyor rollers 110A-110E. A plurality of second gears 140A-140E are fixed to rotary shafts of the respective conveyor rollers 110A-110E and transmit rotation of the drive shaft 120 to the respective conveyor rollers together with the first gears. A plurality of bearings 150A-150G are arranged in the arch shape, following the drive shaft 120 warped into the arch shape and pivotally support the drive shaft 120. A motor 160 rotationally drives the drive shaft 120.
