The elevator controller includes a hall call position discrimination unit, an allocation control unit, a walking time calculation unit, a predicted arrival time calculation unit, and a door open time control unit. The hall call position discrimination unit discriminates an installation position of a call register which has accepted registration of a hall call. The allocation control unit selects an elevator responding to the hall call in a plurality of elevators and allocates it. The walking time calculation unit calculates a time taken for walking from the installation position of the call register which has accepted the registration of the hall call up to an elevator entrance of a responding elevator arriving hall. The predicted arrival time calculation unit calculates a predicted arrival time up to arrival of the responding elevator to the hall of a hall call generating floor. The door open time control unit extends a responding elevator door open time from a first time to a second time when the walking time is longer than the predicted arrival time.
