Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fully automate an assembly and setting of a metal plate and truss bracing in a slab deck.
SOLUTION: After each of first bent parts 76a is expanded alternately in the perpendicular direction to the longitudinal direction so as to form it in to a staggered shape, each of clamping mechanisms 194 of a holding part is moved closely from a second bent part 76b side to a bent formed material 130 which is conveyed to a receiving position and waiting. Also the operating means 199 of each of the clamping mechanism 194 is operated controllably in synchronous with each other so as to rock each of holding pieces 198 and 198 symmetrically with respect to the center of supporting shafts 197 and 197. By this, the corresponding first bent part 76a is pressed simultaneously from the side by clamping pieces 195 and 195 adjacent closely to each other. Thus the bent formed material 130 is conveyed to a release position while each of the first bent parts 76a is displaced inward so as to hold it in a proper elastic condition.
