Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently transfer many plate bodies such as ceramic substrate which are transferred at an adequate mutual interval to a next process or arrange them to be effectively worked in the next process by making the mutual interval a constant shorter or longer interval after one fixed section.
SOLUTION: This transfer device is constituted in such a manner that two plate body moving beams 3, 4 which perform each rectangular motion which includes a motion by which respective top faces of two plate body support beams 1, 2 which are arranged in longitudinally parallel to move vertically between above and below in parallel with the support beams and in which motion distances in the lateral direction differ mutually synchronously at same phase are arranged in a row on the right and left sides between two plate body support beams 1 and 2. Furthermore, the left most position at the time of motion of a left end part of the right moving beam 4 is positioned at the right side of the left most position at the time of motion of a right end part of the left moving beam 3 and is positioned to the left side of the right most position at the time of the motion by at least substantial right and left width of a plate body 5.
