Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable shortening the tact time of washing by attaching an elevator mechanism to a hook-and-place type conveying mechanism.
SOLUTION: A main conveying mechanism is constituted of a hook-and-place type conveying mechanism 1 for transferring materials to be washed between washing tanks and elevator mechanisms 2 for vertically moving the materials to be washed. In the main conveying mechanism, the materials to be washed are conveyed one by one along a washing treatment process consisting of the plurality of washing tanks 18, 19. In this way, since almost all the time during action of the conveying mechanism part can be used for washing work, washing tact time can be shortened to enable increasing productivity of washing treatment work.
