PURPOSE: To enable the easy get-on/off a conveyor belt at any part of the footpath side, and facilitate the transference within a predetermined block by forming a walking surface and a footpath on the same surface, and providing plural conveyor belts having a width, in which a person can walk and of which carrying speed are gradually different from each other, adjacent to each other.

CONSTITUTION: A walking surface 1f and a footpath 2 are formed on the same surface, and for example, five conveyor belts 1a-1e having a width at about 1 meter, in which a person can walk, are provided adjacent to each other. At this stage, carrying speed of each belts 1a-1e are set so that the conveyor belts 1a, 1e of both sides facing to the footpath 2 are set at a low speed, for example, at about 3km/h, at which a person standing on the footpath 2 can ride on the conveyor belt for transference, and the conveyor belts 1b-1d adjacent to them are set at a speed gradually increased by about 3km/h, at which a person can transfer in order. Namely, the speed of each conveyor belts, 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, 1e are respectively set at 3km/h, 6km/h, 9km/h, 6km/h, 3km/h. This carrying footpath is applied to, for example, a block transferring city traffic system to eliminate the congestion of people.
