Abstract:
To provide a transport device in which breakage of a stopper or the like is suppressed and furthermore a carriage can be stopped at a predetermined position.SOLUTION: A transport device 10 according to the present invention comprises one or a plurality of driving rollers 28, and further comprises: a carriage 20 on which a transport object 6 is loaded; transport units 40 forming transport paths 41 for the carriage 20; one or a plurality of air tubes 52 installed along the transport paths 41 while corresponding to the one or the plurality of driving rollers 28; an air supply device 56 supplying the air tubes 52 with air; and a control device 80 that can control operation of the air supply device 56. The control device 80 intermittently supplies air to all or some of the air tubes 52, the control device 80 therefore can execute deceleration control by which the carriage 20 is decelerated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
