To prevent a water receiving portion storing the water from being demounted, in particular, when an aged person or a child unexpectedly touches the water receiving portion or when the child touches the same on a mischief.
The detachable water receiving portion 35 is disposed at a lower part of a door 23, at least two engagement portions engaged with a cooker 21 are formed on the water receiving portion 35, and an engagement operation lever 38 as at least one of the engagement portions is constituted by disposing an operation portion at a water receiving portion 35 side, forming an engagement projecting portion 39 at a bottom plate 34 side, and engaging the engagement projecting portion 39 with an engagement hole 40 of the bottom plate 34, so that the water receiving portion 35 can not be easily demounted except when it is purposely demounted from the cooker 21.
