To provide a cooking device improving handling and sanitation by carrying out draining even water leaked from a supply water tank to a waste water tank, by positively preventing water leakage into an interior and to an exterior by a simple composition, and by preventing generation of mold or the like.
The cooking device is provided with: a steam generator 36 generating steam; the supply water tank 30 storing water to be supplied to the steam generator 36; a supply water tank housing part detachably housing the supply water tank 3; the waste water tank 50 for storing water discharged from a steam generator 36 interior; and a supply water tank drain path 74 guiding water spilled from the supply water tank 30 into the supply water tank housing part to the waste water tank 50. The water spilled from the supply water tank 30 to a tank holding part 70 in the supply water tank housing part is drained to the waste water tank 50 via the supply water tank drain path 74.
