A bottom plate 6 composing a bottom face of the cooking chamber 3 and a rear part plate 7 composing a rear face are formed of a heat resistant plate made of ceramics, and a film 35 containing silicon oxide and zirconium oxide is provided on an upper face of the bottom plate 6 and a front face of the rear part plate 7. By providing the film 35, surfaces of the bottom plate 6 and the rear part plate 7 become smooth, and since the film 35 is superior in hydrophilic property, even if smudge is adhered to a surface of the film 35, by applying moisture to the smudged portion, the moisture becomes easy to penetrate between the smudge and the film, and it becomes easy to take off the smudge.
