Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking surface structure of a heating cooker which improves resistance to scratching and to peeling while eliminating corrosion on the cooking surface even in prolonged used and is free from burning marks of foods or the like and staining on the cooking surface even under a high temperature cooking.
SOLUTION: A lower layer 31 with a resistance to heat and scratching as thick film made by an applying of a paint comprising 70-90% of a ceramic pigment and 10-30% of a polyether sulfonic resin is formed on a base material 30 made of metal composing a cooking surface. A non-sticky upper layer 32 made by an applying of a paint containing a fluororesin to cover the surface of the low layer 31.
