Title:
COOKING TABLE FOR BROILING MEAT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS55134226
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To check oil soot and odor from entering the room by a method wherein the lower end of an exhaust main pipe connected to the bottom of a funnel-shaped case which is provided at the open part of the table is placed into water, and an exhaust fan is provided at the end of an exhaust branch pipe.

CONSTITUTION: By firing a burner 29, a grid 35 is heated and the object to be cooked on it is broiled. If an exhaust fan 60 is operated during this time, oil soot and odor are discharged through gaps 38, 27 between a case 20 and a bearing case 30 and between the case 20 and a receptacle 22. At this time, since the upper part of gap 28 is covered by an air flow guide cover 40, only the air stream above the grid 35 is discharged and odor and others are discharged effectively. The air stream containing oil soot and odor, which has been sucked in this way, is discharged through an exhaust pipe 21 and an exhaust branch pipe 21a. But the oil containing tar, which is contained in the air stream, drops into a water tank 50 from the exhaust pipe 21, and it dissolves into water. As a result, no clogging occurs and cleaning is made easy.
