Abstract:
To improve heating efficiency of food materials and exhaust efficiency of a combustor.SOLUTION: There is provided a barbecue grill (1) in which: at an outside of a combustion space (8) in which flame is formed, there is provided a swivel inflow part (9) for swiveling air and flowing the air into the combustion space (8); above the combustion space (8), there is formed a swivel outflow part (15) for swiveling a combustion gas and flowing the combustion gas from the combustion space (8); and above the swivel outflow part (15), a net-shaped cooking tool (4) is mounted. The cooking tool (4) comprises an outer peripheral cylinder (17) extending in a cylindrical shape and upward relative to the surface of a cooking body (16), on an outer periphery of the net-shaped cooking body (16) having open holes 18 penetrating vertically (center open hole 19 and spiral open holes 20). In addition, the open holes 18 (spiral open holes 20) are arranged in a spiral state and in the same direction as the swivel direction on the swivel outflow part (15).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
