To provide a vessel capable of cooking according to the kind of a content by partially changing a heating temperature.
This cooking vessel is so formed that heating elements heated by an eddy current are continuously or non-continuously closely stuck to at least the inner face of the bottom of a nonmagnetic vessel body having the bottom part and an opening part in the opposite side of the bottom; and is characterized in that the bottom has the inner face of different heights relative to a landing part of a vessel body so as to induction-heat the heating elements, the heating elements are formed by having prescribed dimensions for every inner face of the respective heights of the bottom part, the vessel body is composed of a composite cardboard of polypropylene resin, polyethylene resin, polyester resin, styrene resin, or cardboard or a composite cardboard of the cardboard and either one of the resins, and the heating element is composed of stainless steel, steel or aluminum.
