To abolish the drilling work of a heat insulation material, and to prevent the absorption of water by the heat insulation material.SOLUTION: This cooling storage 10 comprises: a heat insulation box body 12 which has an outer box 30 and an inner box 40 arranged in the outer box 30, and in which a charge space 16 is formed between the outer box 30 and the inner box 40; a first electric component having first wiring, and attached to the heat insulation box body 12; and a wiring insertion member 50 having a wiring space 57 which is apart from the charge space 16. The heat insulation material 17 is charged into the charge space 16 in a state that the wiring insertion member 50 is attached to the heat insulation box body 12. The wiring insertion member 50 comprises a first wiring part 51 for inserting the first wiring therein in a vertical direction in a state of contacting with the inner box 40, and a second wiring part 52 which has an upwardly-opened upper face opening 54, is brought into a form of extending up to a front end of the charge space 16 in a state that an opening edge of the upper face opening 54 contacts with the outer box 30, and inserts the first wiring to a fore-and-aft direction. The outer box 30 comprises a drilling part 35 which is arranged while coinciding with the upper opening 54 of the wiring insertion member 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
