To provide filtration equipment for obtaining clean liquid by discharging sediment sludge by a scraper conveyor and passing floating sludge through another filtration mechanism for filtration in a dirty liquid tank in which dirty liquid with sludge mixed is charged.

When the dirty liquid containing sludge from a machine tool 6 is charged into the dirty liquid tank 2, the sediment sludge S1 deposited on a bottom face 2a of the dirty liquid tank 2 and having comparatively large specific gravity is scraped out in a discharge stroke in which the scraper conveyor 10 moves along the bottom face 2a of the dirty liquid tank 2 and is discharged to the outside. Te suspended sludge S2 is scraped up into the filtration mechanism 30 together with dirty liquid in the vicinity of a liquid surface level L and is filtered in the filtration mechanism 30 due to running of the scraper conveyor 10 in the vicinity of a liquid surface in the dirty liquid tank 2 in its return stroke to regenerate the dirty liquid into reusable clean liquid.
