To provide a cooling device for a construction machine that can lower the temperature of an operating fluid liable to be high in temperature and led to an oil cooler from a heat source for raising the temperature of the operating fluid.
The cooling device provided at a hydraulic shovel having a heat source, e.g. a control valve 16, for raising the temperature of the operating fluid led to the oil cooler 17, includes an air guide body, e.g. a case 21, for guiding air generated by a fan 18, to cool the control valve 16. The case 21 includes a hole 21a in which the fan 18 is arranged; a first guide path 21b having a first opening 21b1 facing the control valve 16, and radiating air generated by the fan 18, to the control valve 16 from the first opening 21b1; and a second guide path 21c having a second opening 21c1 formed in a position below the outlet side of the fan 18, and ejecting the air generated by the fan 18 to an outside lower part of the case 21 from the second opening 21c1.
