To provide a temporary scaffold with nuts being free from becoming loose by fixing the scaffold to the nuts.
The temporary scaffold 1 is characterized as follows. It is provided with a scaffold body 2 having a pre-determined length that is to be fixed to a nut N for screwing into a scaffold bolt B to be attached to a utility pole P and that projects in the direction intersecting the scaffold bolt B and with a fixing means 3 enabling the scaffold body 2 to be fixed to the nut N. The fixing means 3 is integrally provided with sockets 31a, 31b to be fixed with the sockets 31a, 31b to the nut N and is provided with rachet mechanisms 32a, 32b for fixing the scaffold body 2 to the nut N in the direction for the nut N to be tightened while allowing the scaffold body 2 to rotate under its own weight in the direction for the nut N to loosen.
