To provide a cooling device etc. which enables improvement of durability.SOLUTION: A cooling device has: a case body 21 having a recessed part; and a cover 22 which is joined to the case body 21 so as to form a circulation space 35, in which a coolant circulates, with the case body 21. The cover 22 is placed on the case body 21 and welded in the state, and a portion, where a circulation space 35 side inner surface in the case body 21 and a circulation space 35 side inner surface 222 in the cover 22 intersect, is formed with a weld part and has a round shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
