Abstract:
To provide a cooling device using so-called carbon dioxide as refrigerant, having improved cooling performance while avoiding the abnormal rise of pressure on a high pressure side.
The cooling device 110 comprises a compressor 10, a gas cooler 40, a capillary tube 58 as a pressure reducing means and an evaporator 92 annularly connected together and a refrigerant circuit filled with carbon dioxide as the refrigerant. In a stably operated condition where the temperature of a cooled space to be cooled by the evaporator 92 is lower, a time from starting the compressor until a difference between the outlet temperature of the evaporator 92 and the inlet temperature of the evaporator 92 is within 1 deg is 5-20 minutes.
