Abstract:
To provide a small-lot electric furnace of movable-replacement arrangement in a yard for a ladle refining furnace, having reduced demands for construction cost by improving an electrode device for the ladle refining furnace to be shared with other additional facilities.
The small-lot electric furnace 1 of a movable replacement type having an outward swollen slag line portion 2 is attached to a ladle refining furnace station. By reducing the size of an electrode pitch circle of an electrode structure 3 for the ladle refining furnace, the electrode structure 3 for the ladle refining furnace can be used with the small-lot electric furnace 1 of the movable replacement type.
