Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling system of a reaction vessel for manufacturing metal, having high durability, by efficiently cooling the reaction vessel for manufacturing the metal.
SOLUTION: This cooling system has a cooling cylinder 10 for storing the reaction vessel 1 inside, and a blower 40 for sending cooling air into this cooling cylinder 10. The cooling cylinder 10 is composed of an upper cylinder part 20 and a lower cylinder part 30 divided in the vertical direction. Opposed end parts in the upper and lower cylinder parts 20 and 30 have respectively an upper cover 22 and a lower cover 32 slidable by overlapping each other. The reaction vessel 1 of a high temperature state is stored in the cooling cylinder 10, and the cooling air is sent into the cooling cylinder 10 by the blower 40, to cool the reaction vessel 1. The expansion/contraction of the heated cooling cylinder 10, is absorbed by expanding and contracting the upper and lower cylinder parts 20 and 30 in the axial direction.
