Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling tower which shows white smoke prevention performance by setting each of a heat exchanging part where spray water is not sprayed and a heat exchanging part where water spray is carried out as required and mixing air with different wetness after heat exchanging, and which furthermore can ensure cooling capability of a heat medium.SOLUTION: Heat medium flow passages at a plurality of heat exchanging parts are connected in series, a heat exchanging part where no spray water is quite sprayed and a heat exchanging part where spray water is sprayed as required are set, and a heat medium is flowed to a heat exchanging part 20 where spray water is sprayed after the heat medium is flowed to a heat exchanging part 10 where the spray water is not sprayed, air having passed through each of the heat exchanging parts is mixed and discharged to the outside of the cooling tower, so that temperature of dry air discharged from the heat exchanging part 10 where the spray water is not sprayed can be raised and in turn a temperature of wet air discharged from the heat exchanging part 20 where spray water is sprayed can be lowered, a relative humidity of discharged air having dry air and wet air mixed to each other can be substantially lowered and the occurrence of white smoke when discharged air comes out of the cooling tower can be surely prevented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
