Title:
COORDINATE DETECTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0651897
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To impart the command of an operator by using an indicator even when this indicator is cordless.

CONSTITUTION: An indicator 1 is provided with switches S1 and S2 corresponding to the command of the operator, and a resonance frequency is decided by the selection of the respective switches. During a coordinate detecting operation, a microcomputer 37 successively sets frequencies to an oscillator 31 and a band pass filter 34, excites an exciting loop 2b, extracts a voltage signal from a detecting loop 2a, finds out the resonance frequency of the indicator corresponding to a frequency for which the voltage signals shows a maximum value, and judges the command from the resonance frequency.
