Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copolymer for cleaning and conditioning a through-hole wall formed on an epoxy glass substrate or the like before subjecting it to electroless metalization.SOLUTION: There is provided a copolymer of a diglycidyl ether terminal polysiloxane compound and a nonaromatic polyamine, which is represented by formula (I) and used for preparing a dielectric material for electroless metal plating. The copolymer is used for producing a printed circuit board, and a through hole is cleaned and conditioned before electroless metalization.
