Abstract:

To provide a copper alloy material having a high electric conductivity of ≥70%IACS and excellent migration resistance, and to provide a production method therefor.

The cast ingot of a copper alloy containing, by weight, 0.01 to <0.5% Ni, >0.05 to <0.5% P, 0.01 to <0.5% Mg and ≤0.2% inevitable impurities, and the balance Cu is heated to a temperature of 750 to <950°C, is thereafter hot-rolled, is subsequently cold-rolled at a reduction ratio of ≥30%, and is then subjected to age annealing at 400 to 600°C, so that Mg-P compounds and Ni-P compounds are precipitated.
