Title:
NI-BASED SELF-FLUXING ALLOY POWDER AND CORROSION RESISTANT AND WEAR RESISTANT COMPONENT OBTAINED BY USING THE POWDER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2006265591
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide Ni-based self-fluxing alloy powder for forming a sprayed coating on a corrosion resistant and wear resistant component, particularly on a substrate using gas flame spraying.

The Ni-based self-fluxing alloy powder contains, by mass, 0.4 to 0.9% C, 3.5 to 5% Si, 12 to 17% Cr, >4 to 8% Mo, ≤4% Cu, ≤5% Fe, 2.5 to 4% B and ≤200 ppm O, and the balance Ni with inevitable impurities, wherein Cppm≥-20Mo%+100 is satisfied. The Ni-based self-fluxing alloy powder has powder classification grain sizes in the range of 44 to 125 μm, and a mean grain sizes of ≥80 μm.
