PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copper-containing particle that can be made into a conductor at low temperatures.SOLUTION: Provided is a copper-containing particle having a copper-containing core particle and organic matter comprising a material derived from alkylamine present in at least a portion of the surface of said core particle, and in which the alkylamine comprises an alkylamine whose number of carbon atoms in the hydrocarbon group is 7 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
