PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a process for making copper-containing particles into a conductor that can be implemented at low temperatures; a method for manufacturing the conductor; and a conductor that can be manufactured at low temperatures.SOLUTION: Provided are: a process for making copper-containing particle into a conductor including a step of heating a copper-containing particle having a copper-containing core particle and organic matter present in at least a portion of the surface of said core particle, in a treatment vessel for making a conductor whose inner pressure is 90000 Pa or less, in an atmosphere whose oxygen concentration is 19 volume% or less, and at a temperature of 150°C or less; a method for manufacturing the conductor; and a conductor manufactured by said heating.SELECTED DRAWING: None
