A printed image is formed at least on a part of a base material, by at least three elements among, an infiltration non-readable element with a size not copied by a copying machine and a permeation readable element with a size copied by a copying machine using a colored permeation ink including a color material and a permeation component, a non-infiltration non-readable element with a size not copied by a copying machine and a non-permeation readable element with a size copied by a copying machine using an organic ink having a color phase same as the colored permeation ink, having a first pattern region, a second pattern region and a background region surrounding at least a part of the first pattern region and at least a part of the second pattern region, and in which, also, the first pattern region and the second pattern region are overlappingly arranged in the same region.
