To provide a heat-shrinkable tubing with an adhesion agent layer in which there is not limitation of serviceable life, and there is not a problem in which an adhesion agent flows out even if an adhesion agent is heated to at least melt temperature after being adhered to an adherend by heat shrinkage work.

A heat-shrinkable tubing includes: a resin tube having heat shrinkability; and a heat-shrinkable tube that is disposed on a central part inner surface thereof, and comprises a thermoplastic adhesion agent layer, or includes: a resin tube A having heat shrinkability; a resin tube B that is disposed at an inner side thereof; and an adhesion agent layer that is disposed on a central part inner surface of a resin tube B, wherein a resin tube B comprises a crosslinked thermoplastic resin, and has a deformation property that is larger than that of an adhesion agent layer at heat shrinkage temperature.
