PURPOSE: To provide the cordless telephone set in which a cordless slave set or the main body is placed without taking the direction of a charging base into account.
CONSTITUTION: The telephone set is provided with a cordless slave set 1 incorporating a charging battery 11 and provided with cordless slave set side electrodes 7, 8 connecting to both poles of the battery 11 and with a charging base 5 provided with a couple of charging base electrodes 9, 10. When the cordless slave set 1 is placed on the charging base, a couple of the charging base electrodes 9, 10 formed concentrically and provided to the charging base 5 and a couple of the cordless slave set side electrodes 7, 8 are connected respectively from any direction of the charging base 5.
