Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a core capable of forming fiber holes to an optical connector with high accuracy and high density.
CONSTITUTION: A coke forming the fiber holes of an optical connector is equipped with a split core main body 11, a plurality of the fiber hole forming pins 14 bundled within the pin support hole 13 formed between split members 12 at the central part of the core main body 11 when two split members constituting the core main body 11 are integrated and the positioning pins 15 bundled within the pin support holes 13 along with the fiber hole forming pins 14.
