Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a core unit for a rotary electric machine that allow a component for a rotary electric machine to be fixed in a slot with low cost, and a rotary electric machine.SOLUTION: A stator 5 comprises: a stator core 11 formed by a plurality of plate-like stator core materials 17 laminated in an axial direction; a stator slot 21 provided along the axial direction of the stator core 11; and a segment coil 23 and an insulation paper 25 arranged in the stator slot 21. The stator slot 21 is formed from a plurality of sub-stator slots 33 divided in the axial direction. The plurality of sub-stator slots 33 are formed so as to be offset on one side and the other side in the peripheral direction of the stator core 11 with respect to the segment coil 23 and the insulation paper 25. The segment coil 23 and the insulation paper 25 are fixed by being nipped by inner surfaces 31 and 31 which are opposite in the peripheral direction of the plurality of sub-stator slots 33.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
