Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve repeated usability of a core by setting an inner tube inserted in an outer tube, to a winding shaft, and making the outer tube and inner tube attachable to and detachable from the winding shaft by the enlargement and contraction of the winding shaft.
SOLUTION: This core 10 is set to a winding shaft 21 of a winding device 20 to wind a web. The winding shaft 21 is provided, in a plurality of circumferential position, with lugs 22 protruded and recessed from the outer peripheral surface by a pressurized fluid or the like, and the chucking outer diameter of the core 10 by the winding shaft 21 can be enlarged and contracted by the lugs 22. The core 10 comprises a slit outer tube and a slit inner tube loosely insertable in the outer tube. After winding of the web onto the outer tube of the core 10 is completed, the winding shaft 21 is contracted in diameter to put each of the outer tube and inner tube in the diameter-contracted state. The outer tube and inner tube can therefore be smoothly pulled out of the center part of a web wound body 1A, and the core 10 comprising the outer tube and inner tube can be immediately put to repeated use.
