To provide a low price coreless linear motor that can reduce ripples in the propulsive force.
In a coreless linear motor, comprising a field yoke including permanent magnet and coreless armatures provided opposed to each other via a magnetic gap, an armature coil 7 forming the armature laminates the coil layers which consists of a belt-shaped first coil layer 8, a second coil layer 9 and a third coil layer 10, and is integrally molded into a flat shape through fixing with resin mold. The coil layers 8, 9, 10 are respectively structured with each element coil of phases U, V and W. If the pole pitch is defined as λ (180 degrees in terms of electrical angle), the coil layers are laminated with a deviation of λ/3 (60 degrees in electrical angle) in the longitudinal direction of the armature.
