Abstract:
PURPOSE:To adjust an interlocking phase with high precision and to improve a corrugated looper fin in quality by moving a 1st helical gear and a 2nd helical gear relatively in an axial direction and rotating a 1st cutter and a 2nd cutter relatively. CONSTITUTION:When the 1st helical gear 29 or the 2nd helical gear 30 is moved by a mobile means in an axial direction, the 1st cutter 21 and the 2nd cutter 22 are rotated relatively by this rotation to adjust the interlocking phase. The quantity of the relative movement of the 1st and 2nd helical gears 29, 30 is measured by a measuring means and the adjustment of the interlocking phase is carried out quantitatively. In this way, the formed corrugated looper fin can be improved in quality.
