To provide an extremely excellent cosmetic for eyelashes excellent in refreshing gloss, uniformity and long lash effect of coated film and persistency thereof and further, excellent in adhesion to eyelashes, but being free from adhesion and bunching thereby having good usability and free from bleeding with time.

The cosmetic for eyelashes comprises (A) a highly viscous oil solution having ≥1 Pa×s at 25°C, (B) a volatile oil solution and (C) one or more kinds of water-soluble polymers selected from a polyethylene glycol having high degree of polymerization, sodium polyacrylate, carboxymethylcellulose sodium, sodium hyaluronate, polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinylpyrrolidone and vinylpyrrolidone-vinyl acetate copolymer.
