The cosmetic for mascara is provided by housing an undercoat for the mascara, the preferable form of which is a form of containing fibers having natural waves such as cotton fibers, linen fibers or silk fibers, and top coat for the mascara, the preferable form of which is a form of containing a resin emulsion, or the like, independently in a 2-agents-housing type container. At the lid of the container for the undercoat composition, a hair-transplanted chip is attached as an applying tool, and at the lid of the container for the top cost composition, a comb or a brush is attached.
