The counter equipment 24 is formed so as to include a counter 22 provided on a wall 14A of a toilet room and a movable under-cabinet 36 disposed in a space beneath the counter 22. And wheels (casters 60) are provided on the underside of the under-cabinet 36 so that the under-cabinet 36 can be independently put into or taken out from within the space beneath the counter 22, being spaced apart from the counter 22 and wall 14A toward the interior of a room.
