Abstract:
To provide a counter storage and a toilet room with a ventilated valve that can inhibit seal breakage in a toilet bowl while ensuring a degree of freedom in the layout of a window in the toilet room.SOLUTION: A counter storage 1 is installed in a toilet room 2 on the upper floor of a building, and formed along an outer wall 5 adjacent to the toilet room 2, including a first storage room 14 and a second storage room 15 separated by a partition wall 13. A vertical air pipe 10 connected to a drainage vertical pipe 9 and extending from the floor surface is accommodated in the first storage room 14, and a ventilation valve 12 is provided at the upper end of the vertical air pipe 10, which is opened when the inside of the pipe is under negative pressure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
