Abstract:
To provide a coupon issuing system, a coupon issuing method, and a program that can promote sales of commodities while suppressing, occurrence of congestion in a store.SOLUTION: A coupon issuing system 10 according to the present disclosure comprises: a store position information acquisition unit 11 that acquires store position information indicating a position of a store; a portable terminal position information acquisition unit 12 that acquires portable terminal position information indicating a position of a customer's portable terminal; a stock information acquisition unit 13 that acquires stock information indicating a stock status of commodities in the store; a determination unit 14 that determines whether to issue a coupon usable in the store to the portable terminal on the basis of, the portable terminal position information, store position information, and stock information; and an issuing unit 15 that, when it is determined to issue the coupon, selects a predetermined coupon from among a plurality of types of coupons for the same commodity and different in usable periods and issues the coupon to the portable terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
