Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent any penetration of water into a port opened to the atmosphere by a simple structure, in a diaphragm actuator build up of a ventilation control part having the port and a diaphragm part.
CONSTITUTION: A cover 5 is provided to cover a ventilation control part 2 assembled at the end part of a diaphragm part 3, retaining a predetermined capacity space between the cover 5 and the ventilation control part 2, a port communicating with the atomosphere 2a is opened in a space in the cover 5, so as to prevent any penetration of water into the port 2a. Further, a drain hole 5g is formed in the cover 5, and also the mounting stay 6 for a diaphragm actuator 1 is arranged below the cover 5 so as to prevent any penetration of water into the drain hole 5g.
