Title:
COVERING METHOD OF COLLECTING PIPING SYSTEM WITH POST-SHRINKING EXPANDABLE POLYURETHANE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH1147687
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a coated piping system coated as far as the inside of a complicated piping system without increasing an occupied volume by using an expandable polyurethane having a post-shrinking property of a specified shrinkage factor as a polyurethane in the case that a collecting piping system is integrated into one body with the polyurethane resin and formed in a mold. SOLUTION: A sound insulating vibration insulating material is fitted to a copper pipe 1 in order to prevent the generation of cracking by being vibrated copper piping 1 for a refrigeration medium (copper piping) in an inner outer machine of an air conditioner with a vibrate source or a generation of noise when a two-layered flow air containing the refrigeration medium flows in the copper piping. That is, the copper piping with each other are integrated vibratingly by molding integrally a post-shrinking expandable polyurethane 2 having >=15% shrinkage factor and incorporated at need with a powder having a high specific density in a mold 3 having a large inner volume and a smooth inner surface. The post-shrinkage expandable polyurethane 2 is allowed to heave to cover the copper piping 1 at a site between the copper pipings 1 at which gap in present and molded in a largely depressed external shape at a gap part.
