PURPOSE: To eliminate any different part and prevent the generation of noise and wound and breakage of a windshield.
CONSTITUTION: A cowl louver is formed such that an inner layer 11 on the body side formed of a hand synthetic resin material is covered with an outer layer 12 on the body side formed of a soft material by sandwich molding and a cowl louver body 1 provided at one side edge with a nipping edge part 1a is formed. An inner layer 21 on the nipping piece side continued to the inner layer 11 on the body side and formed of a rigid synthetic resin material is covered with an outer layer 22 on the nipping piece side continued to an outer layer 12 on the body side and formed of a soft material, and a nipping piece 2 approximately in an L-shape in cross section is integrally formed on the under surface of the nipping edge part 1a. A nipping part S approximately in a U-shape in cross section is composed of the nipping edge part 1a and a nipping piece 2b and an opening O for inserting a windshield G is formed between the nipping edge part 1a and a support part 2b crossing a hanging-down part 2a of the nipping piece 2 approximately at right angles.
